1. Introduction

Pursuant to Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya and Section 59 of the County Governments Act, the Kisii County Public Service Board invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacant posts. All positions are on a 3-Year Contract basis.

B. DEPARTMENT OF MEDICAL SERVICES, PUBLIC HEALTH AND SANITATION

3. General Application Instructions

How to Apply:

1. Prepare Your Application Package: Your application must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Clearly indicate the Position Applied For and the Reference Number on the envelope.

2. Required Documents: The envelope MUST include the following:

   • A copy of your National ID Card.

   • A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).

   • Copies of all relevant Academic Certificates, Professional Certificates, and Testimonials.

   • Important Note: All copies of certificates and testimonials must be certified by a Commissioner for Oaths.

4. Deadline: Applications must be received by the Board on or before Wednesday, 29th October 2025, at 5:00 PM.

4. Important Notes to Applicants

• No Fees Charged: The Kisii County Public Service Board DOES NOT CHARGE ANY FEE for this application process. The Board does not use agents, and any such solicitation should be reported.

• Automatic Disqualification: Canvassing in any form will lead to automatic disqualification. Failure to attach any of the stipulated documents will also lead to disqualification.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

• Chapter Six Compliance: Upon being offered employment, the successful candidate MUST present satisfactory evidence of compliance with the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya. This includes:

  • Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

  • Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).

  • Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).

  • Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).

  • Clearance Certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
